Hi, I'm Lisa and I work as a dental therapist here at Linden Dental Centre. You may not have heard of a dental therapist before as we are a new level of dental professional who can provide dental hygiene treatments, fillings and other helpful procedures. I know some people are fearful and very nervous about receiving dental treatment especially at dental hygiene visits. My patients quickly become regulars because they have seen the many health benefits of our sessions.
I pride myself in explaining everything clearly, making sure your visit is a positive experience. When you leave, you will have a really clean and healthy mouth, I will also show you how to clean effectively at home. My patients look forward to their return visits to show me the positive difference dental hygiene is making in their mouths. It's so important to have a healthy mouthand healthy gums because both prevent tooth loss through gum disease as you get older.
